1. You are not buying the beta account itself, it is a sole property of Blizzard Entertainment

2. You are paying for a service. You are paying to use one of the diablo3 beta accounts we have.

3. You will be the ONLY ONE using the beta account. Noone else will be using the account but you, unless you allow someone to.

4. You will be using the beta access account until the Diablo 3 Beta is over (somewhere in 2012). We are NOT responsible for how long the beta test will last!

5. Once you make the purchase you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions on how to acesss the beta account.

6. Make sure your computer specs are enough to play Diablo3 game. We are not responsible if you computer cannot run the game.

7. The payment for this service is non-refundable.

8. We take no responsibility for data loss due to hacks, trojans, etc.
